Important guidelines and obligations for hiring talent through shndr.io.
By using shndr.io, recruiters agree to comply
with all platform rules, including ethical
hiring, fair treatment of talent, and respecting
data privacy laws. Breaches may lead to account
suspension or termination.
Recruiters agree to the platform's pricing
structure, which includes a commission on each
successful placement. Payment terms are net 14
or net 30, depending on the engagement type and
agreement.
All candidate information shared through
shndr.io is confidential. Recruiters must not
share, reuse, or solicit talent outside the
platform without prior consent.
Recruiters must not bypass shndr.io to engage
talent directly or through third parties.
Violations may result in financial penalties and
legal action.
In the event of a dispute between recruiter and
talent, shndr.io will mediate to reach a fair
resolution. Both parties are expected to
cooperate fully during this process.
Recruiters must comply with all applicable
labor, tax, and employment laws in their
jurisdiction and that of the talent. shndr.io
assumes no liability for non-compliance.
All data shared on the platform must be used
solely for recruitment purposes. Misuse of
personal data may result in account termination
and legal consequences.
All engagements must be clearly defined through
contracts facilitated via the platform. This
ensures clarity in scope, compensation,
timelines, and responsibilities.
While shndr.io aims for 24/7 uptime, we do not
guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled
maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur
without prior notice.
shndr.io reserves the right to update these
terms at any time. Recruiters will be notified
of material changes, and continued use of the
platform implies acceptance.
